GoldenLeaf sells both made-to-order apparel and stocked home essentials. Fulfillment timing depends on the product and destination.
Shipping charge
For made-to-order apparel, choose Canada or the United States and select a colour and size on the product page. Standard delivery is quoted in CAD using that exact garment’s shipping weight and destination country; there is no universal flat apparel shipping charge. Eligible free-delivery offers are applied to the quote. Any applicable taxes are shown before payment.
The full product price, delivery charge, applicable tax, currency, and order total are displayed before you confirm payment with Stripe or PayPal. You can leave checkout without being charged.
Fulfillment and delivery
Embroidery and garment production happen before dispatch and are separate from carrier transit. A shipping-rate quote is not a guaranteed arrival date or supplier production approval. For Canada shipments weighing 4 lb or more, import duties or taxes may be collected at delivery and are not included in the shipping quote unless explicitly shown. Other cross-border destinations may also have import charges; no general duties-paid guarantee is made. Stocked products may be sent through a third-party fulfillment network. Any delivery estimate shown at checkout is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date, and may change because of inventory, carrier, weather, address, or destination conditions.
Split shipments
Products using different fulfillment routes may arrive in separate packages. Available tracking information is linked to the email or account used for the order.
